笔者于20xx年9、10月份的部分时间段分别对本县三所有代表性的高中：泰顺一中（省二级重点中学）、泰顺职业技术学校（职业高中的普通高中教学班）和泰顺育才（私立高中）进行了教学调研，深入了解我县20xx届高中毕业生的英语教学及备考现状。通过听课、师生座谈和问卷相结合的形式进行了全面的教育教学调研；本次调研重点关注课堂教学，共听课16节；另外也分析了部分学生的平时考试、单元检测的成绩，并及时听取备课组教师的想法，对各校高三年级在学科教学中积累的有益经验和存在的问题进行了交流和分析。
全县20xx届高中毕业生共有30个班级，其中文科8班，理科22班，文理学生总数达1366人。随着班级数的扩张，各中学都有教师初次担任高三教学重担，如泰顺职业高中的两个高三普高班英语教学就由新教师承担，总体来说，教学教研任务都比较艰巨。

i’m not sure whether i have put it very clearly but believe me that there are no fixed closest friend in your life. with different time, place, space, emotion and situation, you have different closest friends. when i play basketball, i have a closest friend who knows how to cooperate with me and together give our opponents a deadly attack; when i am alone and feel so lonely, i have a friend who can always comfort me by saying that he is my friend; when i am in need of money, the one who comes all the way and lend his money to me without any hesitation is my closest friend;
when i am proud and a friend dares to stand out to warn me that i should keep modest, he is my closest friend; and, when i read old man and the sea, i think hemingway is my best friend. you see then, how many closest friends i have. but i must say, though i always want to keep all of them in my heart, they are not actually always in my heart.
